The Pesticides Monitoring Journal, published by the EPA, reported numerous studies that confirm that "foods of animal origin (are) the major source of...pesticide residues in the diet."1
30 years ago, studies indicated that at least 90 percent and as much as 99 percent of all residues from pesticides and other toxic chemicals come from meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products, with less that 10 percent coming from fruits and grains."2
