We believe that high-quality, effective, probiotic-rich kombucha can and should taste good and does not have to be bitter or excessively sharp. The recipe for each flavor was delicately crafted with this in mind. Kimberly carefully monitors each batch for taste and quality to ensure they meet our high standards in this regard.
To achieve a wholesome, delicious and healthy probiotic rich brew we naturally carbonate, and do not add, by mechanical means, any extra fizz. Natural carbonation means variations should be expected and celebrated, sometimes less fizzy sometimes more fizzy, but always amazing.
Organic ingredients and fair trade tea are used in our brewing process.
The earliest recorded consumption of Kombucha tea dates back to the Chinese Qin Dynasty of 221BC. Ancient records from the period refer to the unique, fermented tea infusion as ‘The elixir of life’, while the spiritual masters regarded Kombucha as a source of chi – a revitalizing life energy that aligns and harmonizes the body and mind with the soul. Japanese Samurai warriors often carried Kombucha tea in their hip flasks to replenish their energy levels during battle.
